1. Introduction
Welcome to System Builders.
System Builders is an educational program offered by Simply Designs Studio, a business owned and operated by Jennifer Estil and registered with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). Transactions may be legally processed under the BIR-registered trade/business name Simply' Designs' Web Design Services.
System Builders is primarily taught and mentored by Sevino Estil ("Sev Estil"), together with Jennifer Estil and other appointed mentors, coaches, moderators, or administrators where applicable.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase of, access to, and participation in System Builders, including its courses, community, live sessions, recordings, resources, templates, frameworks, events, and related educational materials (collectively, the "Program").
By purchasing, accessing, or participating in System Builders, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not purchase or access the Program.
2. Eligibility
System Builders is primarily intended for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old.
Individuals under 18 may participate only with the prior written authorization and involvement of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms, authorize the purchase and applicable processing of the minor's personal information, and assume responsibility for the minor's participation and account.
We reserve the right to refuse enrollment of a minor even where parental or guardian consent has been provided when we reasonably determine that participation would not be appropriate.
3. System Builders Membership
A System Builders membership provides access to educational content and membership benefits made available during the applicable membership term.
Depending on the current Program offering, these may include:
System Foundations;
Builder's Blueprint;
AI and automation training;
Client acquisition and consulting education;
live coaching sessions;
System Reviews;
private community access;
templates, frameworks, worksheets, and other resources; and
new or updated educational materials released during an active membership.
Specific inclusions may evolve as the Program is improved. Material changes affecting a member's existing paid term will be communicated where appropriate.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, membership access is personal to the registered member and may not be transferred to another person.
4. Membership Price and Billing Term
The evergreen price of System Builders is US$150 for twelve (12) months of membership access.
Where payment is made in another supported currency, the amount charged may be converted based on the applicable exchange rate, payment processor, card issuer, bank, or payment method at the time of purchase. Additional conversion or banking fees may be imposed independently by a financial institution or payment provider.
System Builders may be purchased through supported payment methods made available at checkout.
Depending on the customer's location and selected checkout route, payment processing may be provided through Skool and its supported payment infrastructure or through Xendit on behalf of Simply Designs Studio.
5. Automatic Annual Renewal
Where a customer selects or authorizes a recurring payment method, the System Builders membership automatically renews every twelve (12) months at US$150 per year, unless the member cancels the renewal before the next scheduled billing date.
By selecting an automatically renewing membership and completing the purchase, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the initial membership and each subsequent annual renewal until cancellation.
We intend to send renewal reminders approximately 5 days, 3 days, 1 day, and on the day of renewal using the contact information associated with your account. These reminders are provided as a courtesy and do not replace your responsibility to maintain accurate contact information and manage your membership.
Failure to receive a reminder because of an incorrect email address, spam filtering, technical failure, or another circumstance does not by itself invalidate an otherwise properly authorized renewal.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel automatic renewal at any time before your next scheduled renewal date.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges. It does not ordinarily terminate access immediately.
After cancellation, you may continue accessing System Builders until the end of your current paid membership term, unless your access is separately terminated under these Terms.
No prorated refund is provided merely because you choose to cancel before the end of an already-paid membership period, subject always to rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Failed Renewal Payments
If an automatic renewal payment fails, we or our payment providers may notify you and may make further payment attempts where authorized and supported by the applicable payment method.
We generally provide a seven (7) calendar-day payment grace period following a failed scheduled renewal to allow you to resolve the outstanding payment.
If payment remains unsuccessful after the applicable grace period, membership access may be suspended or terminated.
We reserve the right to adjust retry timing when required by a payment provider, technical limitation, fraud-prevention measure, or applicable law.
8. Refunds and the Show Me You Tried Guarantee
Purchases and renewals are governed by the separate System Builders Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Eligible first-time members may be covered by our 30-Day Show Me You Tried Guarantee.
To qualify under this guarantee, the member must:
Complete the System Foundations course;
Complete the Builder's Blueprint course; and
Submit reasonable evidence showing that they completed and attempted to apply the relevant work.
A refund request under this guarantee must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days from the member's initial purchase date.
Automatic annual renewals are subject to a separate 7-day accidental-renewal grace period, as explained in our Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, replacement, remedy, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
9. Single-User License and Intellectual Property
All System Builders educational materials—including course videos, recordings, written lessons, frameworks, templates, worksheets, presentations, graphics, downloads, methods, and other proprietary materials—are owned by or licensed to Simply Designs Studio and/or the applicable creator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your membership grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable single-user license to access and use Program materials for your own learning and professional development during the applicable access period.
You may apply the knowledge, strategies, and skills you learn inside System Builders to your own business and legitimate client work.
You may not, without prior written permission:
share your account or login credentials;
reproduce or distribute course materials;
upload Program materials to another platform or repository;
resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute our templates or educational materials;
record, copy, download, or redistribute content where downloading has not been expressly enabled;
represent System Builders materials as your own training program or intellectual property; or
provide unauthorized access to another person.
10. Community and User-Generated Content
Members may be able to submit posts, comments, screenshots, files, systems, questions, messages, or other original content within the System Builders community.
You retain ownership of the original content you create.
By intentionally posting content within the community, you grant us a limited license to host, display, reproduce, and technically process that content as reasonably necessary to operate, moderate, and provide the Program.
We will not claim ownership of your original client work, systems, intellectual property, or other original materials merely because you share them within the community.
You are responsible for ensuring that anything you upload or share does not violate another person's privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property, contractual rights, or applicable law.
11. Community Conduct
System Builders is intended to provide a professional and constructive learning environment.
Members must not use the Program or community to engage in:
harassment, threats, bullying, or discriminatory abuse;
spam or unauthorized solicitation;
piracy or unauthorized distribution of Program materials;
fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity;
unauthorized collection or disclosure of another member's personal information;
infringement of intellectual property or confidentiality rights;
intentional disruption of the community or learning environment; or
other serious misconduct that may harm members, mentors, administrators, or the Program.
Simply Designs Studio, System Builders, Jennifer Estil, Sevino Estil, and appointed administrators or moderators may moderate content and suspend or remove members for serious or repeated violations.
Where appropriate and lawful, termination for material misconduct may occur without refund.
12. Live Sessions and Recordings
Certain System Builders coaching sessions, workshops, meetings, or community events may be conducted through Zoom or another communication platform and may be recorded for educational, documentation, or member-access purposes.
Where a session is being recorded, reasonable notice will be provided.
Depending on your participation, recordings may capture your display name, profile image, voice, video, chat messages, questions, or other contributions.
If you do not wish your image or voice to appear in a recording, you may participate using available privacy controls where practical, such as keeping your camera or microphone disabled, and may contact us regarding available participation options.
Recordings made available within System Builders remain subject to these Terms and may not be redistributed without authorization.
13. Educational and Results Disclaimer
System Builders provides education, mentorship, frameworks, tools, and practical training.
Please understand that results shared through System Builders, its website, marketing, or community may represent exceptional case studies and are not guarantees of future performance.
We do not guarantee results, revenue, client acquisition, employment, contracts, business growth, or other business outcomes from this training.
Your results depend on factors including your implementation, skills, market, message, consistency, decision-making, circumstances, and other factors outside our control.
Everything taught inside System Builders is informed by real-world experience, actual implementation, and frameworks that have worked for us, our clients, and our students. However, individual outcomes vary.
System Builders does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial, or other regulated professional advice unless expressly stated otherwise.
14. Third-Party Platforms
System Builders relies on third-party services to operate parts of the customer and member experience. These may include platforms used for website hosting, payment processing, course/community delivery, communication, scheduling, analytics, forms, meetings, and resources.
Third-party services operate under their own terms, privacy policies, technical limitations, and availability.
We are not responsible for outages or changes wholly outside our reasonable control, but we will take reasonable steps to maintain access to the Program and address material service interruptions where practicable.
15. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We may take reasonable security measures, including temporarily restricting access, when we reasonably suspect account sharing, fraud, unauthorized access, or misuse.
16. Program Changes and Availability
We may update, improve, reorganize, replace, or retire individual lessons, resources, community features, instructors, schedules, or delivery methods as System Builders evolves.
We will not intentionally remove the fundamental value of an existing paid membership without reasonable cause.
Live session schedules and mentor availability may change due to operational circumstances. Where practical, members will be notified of material scheduling changes.
17. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:
non-payment;
fraud or chargeback abuse;
account sharing;
material breach of these Terms;
unlawful activity;
intellectual property infringement;
serious community misconduct; or
conduct that materially threatens the safety, integrity, or operation of the Program.
Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to remedy the violation before termination.
Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies required under applicable law.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Simply Designs Studio, System Builders, Jennifer Estil, Sevino Estil, and their authorized team members will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or purely economic losses arising from a member's business decisions, implementation, inability to achieve expected results, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, consumer remedies, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
19. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with the System Builders Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and its applicable rules and issuances.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when reasonably necessary to reflect changes in the Program, technology, payment infrastructure, legal requirements, or business operations.
Material changes affecting existing members will be communicated where required or reasonably appropriate.
The current version and effective date will be published on the System Builders website.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections or other rights applicable to you.
